FlixNChill respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the FlixNChill service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Service by completing our official DMCA Takedown Form.
Using the official form ensures that we receive all required information under the DMCA and can process your request expeditiously.
2. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed (or to which access was disabled) in error, and that it is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent.
3. Repeat Infringers
FlixNChill maintains a strict "repeat infringer" policy. We will promptly terminate without notice the accounts of users that are determined by FlixNChill to be repeat infringers.
