3. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I still download an export if I didn't save one before July 2026?

Unfortunately, no. Because TV Time has closed down and its servers were taken offline, user data can no longer be retrieved from their platform. You can only import data if you already have a saved .zip file on your computer or backup storage.

How does FlixNChill restore episode progress from the archive?

FlixNChill parses the viewing records within your archive file. When viewing a TV show on FlixNChill, each completed season and episode from your backup will already be marked as watched.

Does FlixNChill restore movies tracked on TV Time?

Yes. If you used TV Time to log movies, those records are recognized and restored to your FlixNChill movie watch history.

Should I unzip the archive before uploading?

No. Upload the complete .zip file directly. FlixNChill inspects the archive automatically.

Will this import overwrite TV shows I already started tracking on FlixNChill?

No. FlixNChill merges your progress. If you already have watched episodes logged on FlixNChill, they remain in place and any newly found episodes from your TV Time archive are added.
